Nony Associates, Executive, has over 20 years of experience in business analysis, and optimization strategies. Designing the tools and framework organization needs to strengthen programs, streamline operations, and achieve measurable results.

Cecilia Okafor has worked with diverse agencies for more than 20 years developing business and running programs.

She graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, with a master’s degree in Community Social Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education. She also has a graduate certificate in Women in Politics and Public Policy from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
